Background:
Irene Stein, Esq. has strong beliefs that a lawyer should limit his or her practice to limited areas of law. Ms. Stein believes that to be a good attorney, he or she should concentrate in that field and develop a comprehensive and working knowledge of all aspects in said field, as opposed to having some basic knowledge of everything, and a working knowledge of little to nothing.
Over the last 13 years, she and her staff have assisted thousands of homeowners in achieving their goals of homeownership, refinancing a current home, represented banks, reviewed titles and lien searches. As a result of the changing economic times, we are offering our clients services to help survive their personal crisis, such as debt settlement, debt negotiations, and short sales.
In addition to an individual Attorney's experience, she also believes that the back office support must be well educated, experienced as such equipped in assisting the attorney in handling the transaction from point of Contract through Closing. In addition to her Real Estate Law practice, she has frequently dedicated her time educating attorneys, real estate and mortgage professionals in multiple issues that can arise within the Contract of Sale and Closing of Title.
