A real estate agent can use his/her professional skill in presenting and marketing a property to potential buyers, which in turn increases the chances of a sale. Remember, the real estate agent does this for a living. Real estate agent considers the business of selling your home to be quite serious; they don't work on a salary and spend thousands of dollars on local and national advertising to get their phone to ring and make YOUR home sell.
